

The Depot is located at 13 N 400 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. We recommend parking across the street or in The Gateway underground parking lots. If taking TRAX, please take the Blue Line & get off at the Arena stop.

Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue.
Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk through metal detection and/or pat-downs) to ensure that none of the restricted items enters the building.
We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.
You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our management or Security so we can ensure the best experience possible

No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
Replicas of weapons are NOT permitted
No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind
No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks, or laser pointers.
No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms, or commercial use rigs)
No outside food & beverage allowed
No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
No bags will be allowed if outside of the bag policy
No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
No pens, pencils, markers, and/or stickers

Zero Tolerance For Drug Use or Possession
The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug-related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event, as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy a fun-filled night of music and dancing.
Safety and Medical
Live Nation is dedicated to providing a safe environment. Public and private security will be present throughout the entire event. The Security Staff will be available to assist with your needs, including any medical requests.
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Professional cameras and/or cameras will detachable lenses are NOT allowed without a valid media pass. Personal point-and-shoot cameras or cellphones are OK.
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.

The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. As a courtesy, we hold lost items for 30 days.
The Depot offers a coat check service inside the lobby for a $5.00 service fee. We are a CASHLESS venue-- all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
The Depot is a completely non-smoking venue. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas.
Most events only offer General Admission standing and seating, which are first-come, first-serve. Please refer to the event page for seating options by event.
A valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events and to consume alcohol. Accepted forms of identification include state-issued ID or Driver’s License, valid non-expired US Government or US Military ID, or an official passport.
The Depot has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.
Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar. If no age restriction is listed, the event is all ages. If the event is age-restricted a legal ID is required.

In-and-outs are not permitted at our venue. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on coming back!
The box office is open one hour before doors on show days only.
All guests ages 3 and older need a ticket for entry. Please provide ear protection for children.
Will call tickets can only be picked up at the venue Box Office on the night of the event. Acceptable forms of identification include: a valid passport, a valid U.S. driver's license or military identification card with a date of birth and a photo, or an official U.S. state issued identification card. Please note that will call tickets will not be distributed prior to the day of the event.
Tickets are not transferable. The original ticket purchaser must go back to the original point of purchase to make the change. If you are a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP client, please touch base with your original point of contact and they will get in touch with us to make any changes on your behalf.
Unless a show cancels or changes time by more than two hours, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the point of purchase for inquiries.
Tickets for cancelled shows can be refunded at the point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online through LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com, your refund will automatically be processed once funds are received from the event organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days. If you purchased tickets at the box office, please email us at TheDepot@LiveNation.com.
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event. The status of your event, and any options available, can always be found in your online account.
The Depot strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible to everyone.
The main entrance to The Depot is fully accessible. Please use the main elevator in the lobby to access the rest of the venue. The accessible restroom is located on the third floor and also has a lift for use. While our venue is standing-room only, we do have an ADA section for qualified patrons. We suggest you get to the venue early for the best viewing options in the ADA area.
